Case Study #1: ichange21
Stephanie Chivers of ichange21 is an addiction specialist running online programs, personal coaching and an online community to help you stop or reduce your alcohol intake.
Stephanie needed assistance with her entire social media and content marketing strategy.
Hers what I did for Stephanie:
- I set-up Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms when her business was first formed. Managing these platforms entirely at the beginning. Taking up a consulting position as, under my guidance, she got the hang of things herself.

Case Study #2: The Dolphin Inn, Torquay
The Dolphin Inn is a pub and restaurant based in the heart of Torquay.
I planned and executed a launch campaign for The Dolphin when David and Daniel took over the premises. Following this I managed their social media platforms entirely, with David dipping in to reply to comment and add extra posts when he saw fit.
My duties included:
- Designing a monthly content plan and overall social media strategy
- Posting regularly on Facebook and Twitter
- Running and optimising Facebook ads.
The Dolphins Facebook page reached over 1000 likes in the first year, and a healthy stream of revenue for the pub came from social media. Whilst the platforms also continued the community feel of the pub online, with regulars placing food orders and getting excited about upcoming events.
